Eurofoam has a robust network of 36 locations across Central and Eastern Europe. Though part of a unified group, each company operates with a high degree of independence. This means each Eurofoam location maintains proximity to its customer base and understands its local market, while benefitting from common expertise and shared cost structures of a larger group.

Eurofoam was founded in 1992 as a 50/50 joint venture by Greiner AG and Recticel S.A. Since its founding, Eurofoam has grown steadily, and today operates thriving businesses in 11 countries where foam production and conversion is carried out locally.

In June 2020, Greiner took over the 50% share from Recticel, and Eurofoam is now 100% owned by Greiner.
