Eurofoam sets new impulses with its own Training Academy

We encounter foam day in day out in the most varied products and applications. Decorators, carpenters, renowned furniture producers and major mattress manufacturers have been using Eurofoam foams for decades. The motivation behind the founding of the foam academy was the aim of placing special emphasis on the versatile product and of providing the sales team with valuable tools for their daily work.
More successful together
Under this motto Eurofoam has designed a succession of training measures and is starting their first seminars in autumn 2011. "Expertise, motivation and social competence are, in our opinion, the most important factors for job success. It is exactly these skills, which we want to focus on at the foam academy", says managing director Wolfgang Ender as he describes the seminar selection.
For employees and customers
Eurofoam's foam academy is aimed at two target groups. On the one hand the employees will be trained, to be able to cater more exactly to customer needs. On the other hand Eurofoam will also give their own customers and their employees the opportunity to shine in their daily work thanks to well-founded expertise on the subject of foam while extending their personal qualifications. With this aim in mind the Upper Austrian company has developed its own series of courses over the last few months. „We set great value on the selection of speakers. We want to offer our participants really special seminars– with great practical use, interesting contacts and which will be memorable“, Wolfgang Ender tells us.
